Mateusz Tomczak

I am originally from Działdów, a small town in Warmia and Mazury, and currently live in Warsaw. I am a trainee attorney at the District Bar Council in Warsaw. Already during my studies I became so interested in the law and culture of Spain that I participated four times in the Erasmus student exchange studying and practicing in Valencia, Gran Canaria and Tenerife.

From the very beginning of my career, I established contact in Spanish and English with clients and law enforcement agencies on Spanish territory. I have been involved in a number of criminal cases, especially those involving business criminal law both from the side of defense counsel, auxiliary prosecutor and victim’s attorney. Currently, I am also focusing on other areas of law in order to have the broadest possible coverage of each element of the case.

Currently, my interests are focused on automotive law in the broadest sense, including in particular traffic offenses (accidents). I run a law blog called Legal Fury, in which I cover topics related to the world of Law and Automotive.
